Shipping:
All products are shipped via UPS ground or USPS. If you wish to rush your order
please give us a call at 512.963.4496. We would be happy to accommodate your
needs. We are happy to ship your order to a different address as a gift. Please
see instructions in your shopping cart pages. You will be promted. All packages
will be delivered to your front door.
We take great care in the packaging of your product to ensure safe transport
to your home. Although we package items carefully, there are instances where
transit-related damage occurs. It is important that you inspect your items carefully
immediately after it is delivered. Note any damage to your item on the delivery
receipt. If you find damage to your items please contact Tots & Tails immediately
at 512.963.4496. We will be unable to assist in repair or replacement you if
you have not documented the damage as stated above.
Returns/Exchanges:
Tots & Tails Designs works diligently to make your shopping
experience with us pleasurable. All of our merchandise is of the highest quality.
If you are not happy with your purchase from Tots & Tails please notify
us within 14 business days of receiving your order. Upon contacting Tots &
Tails you will be given further information on processing your return. Items
must be unused and returned in the original packaging material. If you do not
contact Tots & Tails, or do so after the 14 days, and return the item to
us, and we suspect the item has been used, the item will be shipped back to
you at your expense. Upon receiving the approved return, Tots & Tails will
inspect the item and refund your credit card you used to purchase your item,
or ship the item you have requested as an exchange at your expense. Shipping
costs cannot be refunded by Tots & Tails Designs. All shipping charges are
the customer’s responsibility.
Tots & Tails cannot accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders. All
personal embroidery is considered to be a custom order.
