Your purchase from Tots & Tails Designs is and acknowledgement of your
agreement to all our Terms and Conditions. All changes to the terms and
conditions will be addressed immediately on this page and in our
newsletter.
All terms are subject to change.
Our Designer prices, availability, and offerings may change from time
to time. All items are subject to change until orders are placed. After
placing orders, charges reflected in your Shopping Cart may be subject to
correction in the event there are pricing or shipping errors. If an error has
occurred, Tots & Tails will make every attempt to contact you immediately
before
filling your order.
Shipping time is based on estimates from our Designer lines. Tots &
Tails reserves the right to amend product information and shipping schedules,
design changes, and product discontinuations. In the event there is a
shipping delay, Tots & Tails will make every attempt to notify you
immediately and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond
the products estimated delivery times.
Tots and Tails accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express. We also accept personal checks and cashier’s checks (item will not be shipped until these checks are cleared by your bank).
Because Tots & Tails Designs, LLC operates in Texas we have to add an 8.25% sales tax to anyone living in our great state. Those not living in Texas will not be charged sales tax.
If you would like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to look at your conformation and find your date purchased. Smaller items will be shipped within 5 business days of the order purchased. A large group of orders or personalizations need more time in shipping and can run up to 4 weeks. We will notify you immediately if your item has been back-ordered and give you approximate time of shipping. Any personalized orders my take up to 2 weeks.
